**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Children's Programmes Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality programmes that meet the evolving needs of our young members.

Your primary objective will be to drive programme participation and retention, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop targeted promotions and campaigns that attract new members and retain existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver engaging programmes that cater to diverse age groups and interests
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive programme participation and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of programmes and services
  • Analyse data and insights to inform programme development and improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on programme participation and member engagement

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, education)
  • At least 2 years of experience in programme development or marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for working with children and families

**Estimated Salary:** £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
