Our client provides risk mitigation services through inspection, assessment, and advisory services, collaborating on interesting projects in various sectors, including logistics, education, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

As an Environmental Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients on their infrastructure projects, providing expert advice on environmental impact assessments and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across various technical disciplines to deliver multidisciplinary environmental projects.
  • Leading bids and sales for environmental projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Staying up-to-date with UK EIA regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience of working in EIA or environmental consultancy roles.
  • A strong understanding of UK EIA regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead bids and sales.
  • Experience of working on diverse infrastructure projects of various scales.
  • Membership of a relevant institution, such as IMEA.
