Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction project management, preferably within a UK construction consultancy.
- A RICS-accredited degree qualification is highly desirable.
- Accreditation by RICS, APM, or CIOB, or commitment to achieving.
- A successful track record of managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages.
