Key Responsibilities
* Establish a warm and supportive relationship with students, promoting their emotional and social well-being
* Assist the Class Teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning
* Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and personal development
* Collaborate with the therapy team to provide a holistic approach to student support
Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English qualification (Grade 4 or equivalent)
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable)
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (desirable)
