Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly experienced and confident Head of Programmes to join a high-profile client based in the UK. This is a senior leadership role that will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of a business-critical portfolio of work.

About the Role

As Head of Programmes, you will be responsible for managing and leading programme/project teams to embed digital change that meets the strategic direction of the business. You will need to leverage your stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business, up to executive/director level, and report on the status of the work and improvements adopted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in an IT operation leadership role within a large, multidisciplinary organisation
  • Strong track record of managing complex digital programmes
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience within the NHS or Healthcare would be highly desirable
