Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Transformation efforts in Europe. As the Head of Business Transformation Europe, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and organizational changes that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and develop a team of change management professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners, to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
