Role Overview

AUSTIN FRASER is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Support Teaching Assistant to join our team in PRESTON. This rewarding role will provide support to a pupil with Autism, promoting their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to the pupil with Autism
  • Supervise and assist during class-time interactions
  • Perform guided reading sessions

Requirements:

  • Patient and understanding individual
  • Calm yet firm when needed
  • Experience working with various SEN needs

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Opportunity to work in a small Primary School with a supportive SENCO team
  • Part-time morning sessions (8:15 - 12:30)
