About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to manage a £650,000 contract for a well-established Property Maintenance and Facilities Management contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Builders clean and mastic work on the new Everton stadium in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of construction professionals to ensure timely completion of the project
- Coordinate with the main contractor to ensure compliance with Tier 1 business requirements
- Manage site operations, including health and safety, quality control, and logistics
- Develop and implement effective construction plans and schedules
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements:
- Strong supervisory skills and experience in construction management
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in FieldView and ASight
- Good construction knowledge and understanding of building codes and regulations
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
