Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Manager to join our team. As a Technical Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' requirements across the globe. You will be responsible for managing sampling and laboratory activities, providing a reliable and value-added service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sampling and laboratory activities to ensure high-quality results and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Five plus years' experience in an ISO17025 chemistry laboratory environment, with solid or liquid products testing experience.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • IT skills with Microsoft Office and Google apps, particularly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
  • A suitable academic technical qualification, preferably in chemistry.
