Job Description: Site Engineer

Location: Dundonald, NI

Salary: Based on experience


On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for a Setting/Site Engineer to work on an ongoing housing projects throughout Northern Ireland. My client is a housing developer working on a multitude of projects around Dundonald.


Responsibilities as Site Engineer include:

Must have previous experience working on housing projects

Finishing works, setting out for foundations

Setting Out & Surveying

Maintaining line and level control

Measurements and calculations

•Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents

Coordinating the technical aspects of package handovers

QA where required

Checking the accuracy of sub-contractors work where required


Requirements:

• CSCS Card

• First Aid

• HND or equivalent
