Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at QuoStar. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools.
  • Ticket Management: Log and manage tickets, prioritize service requests, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, end-users, and third parties.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a natural flair for learning and utilizing QuoStar's internal Service Desk systems and tools to resolve technical issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Tiered engineers to provide support and guidance as needed.
  • SLA Management: Manage Service Desk ticket queues to ensure Response and Resolution SLAs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Education: IT degree, A-Level, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of PC hardware, networking, and MS operating systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Driven, flexible, and approachable with a can-do attitude.
Working Hours

Shift hours will include:

  • Dayshifts: 07:00-16:00 / 08:00–16:30 / 09:00–17:30
  • Evening Shifts: 15:00–22:00 Monday – Friday
  • Night Shifts: 20:30 – 08:30 Monday – Sunday on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern

These shifts are pro-rata, and a shift rotation will be in place to cover these hours. Out-of-Hours Shift Bonus & Weekend Bonus paid as extra.
