Working Pattern

This is a full-time role with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00, plus one weekend day per month, 7:30-15:30. You will also be required to participate in on-call duties outside of working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and efficient decontamination, assembly, and sterilisation practices for instruments, consumables, and equipment within defined quality standards.
  • Provide direct supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.
  • Monitor, maintain, and record department quality assurance records in accordance with our Quality Management System.
  • Participate as an integral member of the management team, contributing suggestions for innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
  • Assist the Production Manager in planning and operational processes.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience, plus a 5% performance bonus.
  • Generous shift allowances for overtime and unsociable hours.
