Theatre Practitioner Leader

Nuffield Health is seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner Leader to join our team at our Cheltenham Hospital.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our theatre team. As a Theatre Practitioner Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all theatre staff are supported and trained to provide high-quality care to patients.
You will work closely with our theatre management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Lead the theatre team to deliver high-quality patient care.

- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will also be required to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a flexible approach to work.
