Care Quality Improvement Lead

We are looking for a Care Quality Improvement Lead to join our team at a leading mental health service provider in the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. As a Care Quality Improvement Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to plan and implement nursing care, attend clinical team meetings, and participate in multi-disciplinary assessments and treatment planning.
Key responsibilities include providing supervision to staff, developing nursing interventions to improve quality, and assisting in coordinating nursing activities over a 24-hour period. You will also be expected to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £48,572 per annum, which includes a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a group Personal Pension Plan (GPPP), private medical insurance scheme, life assurance, free meals while on duty, childcare vouchers, career development, personal health insurance, and an employee assistance programme.
