Clinical Lead for Community Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Staff Nurse in a mental health service based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and developing care programs for patients. The ideal candidate will have relevant clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop innovative approaches to practice. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement care plans for patients
* Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support
* Evaluate the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvement
* Liaise with other disciplines to meet the needs of patients
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop innovative approaches to practice
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving services
