We are seeking a proactive and caring individual to join our support team in Keynsham, Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living skills, medication administration, and personal care as needed.
  • Accompany individuals to favoured activities, such as swimming, and support them in their daily routines.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
