Job Summary:

This role involves providing support to students with autism, learning difficulties, challenging behavior, dyslexia, ADHD, SEMH, and other special needs in a school setting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  2. Assist pupils with daily tasks, such as reading, writing, and numeracy, to ensure they reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant diploma or degree in a related field, such as childhood studies or special education.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a school environment.
  • Familiarity with SEN strategies, such as positive behavioral support and visual aids.
  • A strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
