SEN Learning Facilitator

We are looking for an experienced SEN/SEND tutor to join our team at Cv-Library, providing educational support to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND) in Staffordshire.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for improving the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners, along with relevant teaching qualifications and experience working with children with various learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering maths, English, or science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional educational needs
- Planning engaging lessons tailored to individual needs and promoting social-emotional growth
- Completing lesson reports and providing constructive feedback on progress
- Flexible part-time hours to suit your schedule
- Opportunities for remote work and online assignments
- Access to extensive CPD and upskilling opportunities, including the Tes CPD suite
- A dedicated SEN/SEND Support Team for a successful placement experience
- Professional teaching qualifications (QTS/QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with children with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional educational needs
- Enhanced DBS clearance and two professional references
- Ability to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people, following safeguarding policies and procedures
£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. You will work under a contract for service and receive payment via PAYE.
