We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for managing a team of support professionals, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our clients' vision and solutions, adding value to our business.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT team documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients through excellent customer service and professionalism.

  • Oversee the operational aspects of our service desk, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desired).

  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven experience in team management, performance evaluation, and coaching.
