We are seeking an experienced ALN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an inclusive Secondary setting with a focus on student progression and success.

About the Opportunity

As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students. You will assist students with general school tasks, develop their skills, and help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with students with ALN, Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs
  • Excellent behavioural management skills and experience with challenging behaviours
  • Ability to promote Independent Living Skills
