We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Staff Nurse to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
