As a Graduate in our Strategy, Policy and Regulation (SPaR) team, you'll gain experience across the organisation, collaborating with professionals from various fields and building a strong professional network. What You'll Do
  • Manage regulatory risk and maintain strong relationships with our regulators.
  • Use data to provide expert advice and support financial modelling.
  • Collaborate with professionals from various fields and build a strong professional network.

We require our graduates to have a minimum 2:1 degree classification in any discipline, and this programme will suit those from a quantitative background or knowledge of economics. An excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) and proficient with Microsoft Office are essential skills for this role.
