**Job Description**

NHS Suffolk and North-East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a skilled professional to support our Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) team. The successful candidate will work closely with the EPRR Manager to deliver the ICB's EPRR workplan, ensuring that all NHS hospitals, community services, primary care, and mental health organizations can respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering training packages, project management, and information systems development. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex issues, and have the ability to work independently with good judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Specialist knowledge in a relevant subject to postgraduate level.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the public sector.
  • Experience of delivering training packages.
  • Project management and information systems development skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
