Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer vacancy in the United States, offering an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Field Engineering Specialist. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on our product lines, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts and equipment.
  • Use Corporate applications (Siebel, Oracle, Sales Connection) to handle daily activity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, support functions, and sales organization.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when working with customers, contractors, management, and fellow employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years industry-related experience and general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Computer literacy with good standard of education and good oral and written communication.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
