Job Description

We're seeking a Counterparty Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a 12-month FTC. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new onboarding processes and challenging existing flows to mitigate risk, create scalability, and establish a sound operating model.
  • Engaging across operations and the wider business to identify opportunities for standardizing and streamlining heritage processes.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to map out future operational processes and being the agent of transformation within Counterparty Onboarding.
  • Experience of planning and implementing projects.
  • Ability to understand issues and find creative and innovative solutions to problems.
