Catering Operations Supervisor - Team Lead
As a Catering Operations Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services on board our vessels. This includes managing a team of up to 15 OCSA to deliver department targets, overseeing the cleaning programme, and training new team members in all procedures and aspects of their role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 15 OCSA to deliver department targets.
- Oversee that the cleaning programme is followed and that all vessels are kept to a high standard of cleanliness at all times during service.
- Train new team members in all procedures and aspects of their role.
- Take appropriate action to remedy any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock requirements, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of work.
Requirements:
- Previous, relevant working experience within a Customer / Food Service or Retail environment.
- A natural leader with experience to inspire operational teams to deliver results.
- Be committed and flexible in your approach to work and able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work.
- Have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and to establish good professional relationships with colleagues.
- Food hygiene certificate – Level 2.
- Knowledge of the Thames and surrounding areas / attractions.
