Key Responsibilities

The successful Merchandise Admin Assistant will have the following key responsibilities:

Assisting the merchandising department with administration tasks, including creating purchase orders and supporting PO management

Liaising with buyers, quality department, and contracts manager to identify product status

Monitoring stock progression through the manufacturing cycle to ensure timely delivery

Tracking sales and stock movements to inform business decisions

The ideal candidate will have above a grade C at GCSE maths, recent relevant head office retail experience, and strong IT skills, including Excel.
