About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial contracts team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating distribution agreements that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales contracts, and other business-related documents.
  • Providing expert advice on contract law and negotiation strategies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop contracts that meet those needs.
  • Reviewing and revising contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored contract solutions.
Requirements
  • Legal qualification, equivalent to an LLB degree.
  • At least 3 years' experience working on commercial or sales contracts in a negotiation and legal drafting capacity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to adapt contract language to reflect business requirements and agreed terms.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
