Support Worker for Vulnerable Adults

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Stirlingshire. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, working closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
You will be responsible for assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework, as well as providing personal care and support with medication management. Our mobile care app will enable you to manage your workload efficiently, reducing paperwork and allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.
