Job Summary

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, risk assessments, and review reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with young people, parents, and professionals.
Requirements and Skills
  • Strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HNC in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
