About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment days, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual to gain early exposure to our teams and contribute to process improvement projects that will have a direct impact on our business and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule various types of interviews and collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via email.
- Coordinate written assessments for candidates.
- Arrange for candidate reimbursements.
- Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and responsibilities involved.
- Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
- Update candidate records in our internal recruiting system.
- Utilize recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent.
- Degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
- Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).
