Salary: £100-£120 per day, depending on the assignment and care needs. A competitive daily rate that reflects the importance of this role.

Job Description: As a Live-in Care Professional with Bluebird Care Southhants, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one care to our elderly customers in their homes. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication administration, companionship, and shopping. You will work closely with our customers to develop a routine that meets their unique needs and preferences. With your help, our customers can maintain their independence and enjoy a higher quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in home care, residential care, nursing care, or learning disabilities. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit, and able to maneuver people if necessary. Additionally, you should be level-headed, hands-on, and able to deal with emergencies calmly. Experience in dementia care, Parkinson's disease care, or other specialist conditions is highly desirable.
