We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare's care home in Southampton. About the Job:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
