About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including personal care, meal times, and activities. You will also be responsible for providing a listening ear and emotional support to those who need it most.

In this role, you will be working as part of a close-knit team, supporting each other to deliver exceptional care and service. You will be provided with comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role and achieve your career goals.

Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate approach to care provision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQs and QCFs)
