We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Knights Grove Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personal, and social care to our residents.
**Your Role**
As a Care Assistant, you'll assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs. You'll support residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care, while working closely with our nursing team to monitor resident well-being and report any changes.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting dignity and independence
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering strong relationships
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to identify and meet individual resident needs
• Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals
