About the Role:

We are seeking a Compassionate Home Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Accompany clients on outings and errands, promoting social interaction and community engagement
  • Engage in conversation and activities that promote mental stimulation and well-being

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role
  • No prior care experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • You must be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

Salary: Our estimated salary range for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
