Robert Walters is seeking a seasoned Commercial Development Manager to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Transport and Distribution. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in commercial modeling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth in Transport and Distribution
  • Collaborate with operational and planning stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize Transport and Distribution operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Business Development teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in Transport and Distribution
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and use commercial models for both open book and closed book across Transport and Distribution
  • Experience in digital technology relating to transport and logistics
  • Change-oriented and able to play a key role in the transport business's end-to-end modernisation
