We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin who shares our passion for providing outstanding patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of quality care by continually assessing residents' needs and wishes
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet our clients' changing physical, social, and psychological needs
  • Communicating professionally and warmly with visitors, including family, friends, and other external stakeholders
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
  • Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to our clients
  • Promoting high standards of nursing care by supervising staff and ensuring a smooth, efficient shift
  • Ensuring that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the business

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Good nursing experience
  • Excellent clinical skills
  • Able to write care plans
  • Able to show empathy and warmth
  • Able to carry out general nursing tasks such as peg feeding, wound care, phlebotomy, etc.
  • Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £51,168 and enjoy a range of benefits, including:
