About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Community Nursery Nurse to join our team in Camden, working as part of a well-developed partnership with the London Borough of Camden Early Years' Service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of our services by working closely with children and families in the assessment of their health and well-being.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organisation and delivery of defined aspects of the healthy child programme, including annual health reviews, parenting support, child health clinics and home visiting.
- Work with children and families in the assessment of their health and well-being and make referrals as appropriate under the supervision of the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing team.
- Develop and contribute to parenting support groups, ensuring the children and families using our services have a good experience by respecting, empowering and working in partnership with families and partner agencies.

Person Specification
We are looking for a Community Nursery Nurse with:
- NNEB Diploma/BTEC Level 3 in childcare or equivalent
- Or Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Early Years
- Demonstrable experience of working with children and assessing child development
