Podiatrist - Community Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our community healthcare team. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex foot health needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in wound care and high-risk foot management, with experience working in community settings. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
The role will involve assessing and treating patients with a range of foot health issues, including wounds, nail pathology, and soft tissue problems. You will also be responsible for providing education and support to patients to help them manage their foot health.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with complex foot health needs
- Provide wound care and management services
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients to promote foot health
- HCPC registration as a Podiatrist
- Experience working in community healthcare settings
- Strong background in wound care and high-risk foot management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
