Director of Instruction Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director to spearhead our organisation's educational initiatives and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who can present ideas clearly and educate team members and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organisation's vision and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve high performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Present key information to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement in all communications.
  • Educate staff on best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives within budget constraints.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position within the industry.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning software is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
