Job Title: Diesel Plant Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Diesel Plant Mechanic to join our team at AC Automation. As a Diesel Plant Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel generators across our customers' sites in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Carry out general servicing and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnose faults and repair diesel generators and components
  • Overhaul engines and perform other maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience as a time-served mechanic or technician with a plant background or similar industry
  • Ability to work on your own and work overtime when required
  • Full driving license
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality service environment within a similar industry
