Logistics Director

Join Cubis Systems, a leading provider of building materials solutions, as we seek a seasoned professional to lead our logistics efforts. As Head of Logistics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an outbound freight strategy that meets customer requirements and demands across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a singular approach to the logistics process and standardization across our global operations.
- Manage all aspects of an outbound freight strategy, including scaling logistics to meet growth demands and maintaining metrics to assess performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring and evaluating their performance against agreed contract terms.
- Manage and develop the logistics team with a One CRH approach, enhancing the logistics capability of the business and identifying key risks to mitigate.
- Ensure all quality, regulatory, and compliance measures are met within global guidelines.
- Logistics management experience, with a proven ability to build outbound freight strategies across various countries.
- Experience managing a logistics team, showing financial acumen and decision quality.
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
