Join Cubis Systems, a leading provider of building materials solutions, as we seek an experienced Head of Logistics to drive our logistics strategy across all our sites and develop a unified process for outbound freight management.
About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned logistics professional to lead our logistics team and develop a strategic vision for logistics across the regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, experience in developing and implementing logistics strategies, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a unified logistics process across all sites
- Manage all aspects of outbound freight strategy, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders
- Manage and develop the logistics team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to meet business needs
- Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize logistics operations
- Logistics management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex logistics data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification in business management, supply chain, or logistics
