We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant - Psychology Support. The successful candidate will work with small groups of children with complex needs, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Working with and providing support to children with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- Experience of supporting pupils with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
- Building rapport with children, supporting their social and behavioural needs, and acting as a mentor
Requirements:
- Psychology (BA Hons) degree
- Enhanced DBS (clean and relevant)
- Safeguarding certificate, prevent awareness, FGM
- Behaviour management training (desirable)
- Committed and enthusiastic attitude to work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form new relationships
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
