About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnership Executive to join our Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our partnerships and client relationships, as well as contributing to the development and innovation of client products. Your primary focus will be on serving our clients who utilize our geolocation product, which is a dedicated verification service available as a Software Development Kit (SDK) for web, iOS, and Android.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of liaison with clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the Product Team in growing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Senior Management, and Sales Team to ideate, analyze data, and drive innovation to grow existing clients and partnerships.
  • Support the Account Management team in growing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monetize and grow relationships with accounts and partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Support product development, ideation, and innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Own and support the onboarding of new clients and partnerships to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with the operational team to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding all clients' contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure clients are kept up-to-date with product, project, and operational progress.
  • Handle client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clients with reporting and performance analysis related to their geolocation services.
  • Manage all client invoicing and contractual updates.
  • Contribute ideas for new and enhanced products/services and sales channels to the team.
