About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnership Executive to join our Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our partnerships and client relationships, as well as contributing to the development and innovation of client products. Your primary focus will be on serving our clients who utilize our geolocation product, which is a dedicated verification service available as a Software Development Kit (SDK) for web, iOS, and Android.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of liaison with clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the Product Team in growing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director, Senior Management, and Sales Team to ideate, analyze data, and drive innovation to grow existing clients and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monetize and grow relationships with accounts and partnerships, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support product development, ideation, and innovation, incorporating client feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Own and support the onboarding of new clients and partnerships, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.
  • Work closely with the operational team to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding all clients' contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure clients are kept up-to-date with product, project, and operational progress, providing regular reporting and performance analysis.
  • Handle client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage all client invoicing and contractual updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute ideas for new and enhanced products/services and sales channels to the team, driving business growth and innovation.
