Clinical Deputy Manager for Residential Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our residential care team in Leek.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with a valid NMC PIN and 2 years' experience in a managerial/clinical lead position in a nursing home environment.

Responsibilities will include supervising staff members, providing guidance and support, and contributing to CQC inspections.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum, plus excellent overtime rates, a company pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.
