Technical Expert Position at University of St Andrews

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical equipment, including microcontroller-based systems.

About the Opportunity:

  • Design, develop, and maintain technical equipment, including microcontroller-based systems
  • Collaborate closely with staff and students on research projects
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of projects in areas of digital electronics

Requirements:

  • Minimum HND (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or allied subjects
  • Proven experience in relevant area, ideally at least 3 years
  • Flexible and positive team player with ability to manage own workload autonomously
