About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wintel Expert to join our Technical Resource Group in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical IT support to one of our key customers across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in desktop support in a corporate setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop/laptop technologies and Windows operating systems. They will be responsible for providing basic to intermediate level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services in the Wintel environment. Additionally, they will need to provide effective and efficient customer service to the customer, communicating progress and avoiding escalations.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development through training and industry-recognised accreditations.
